Requirements & Qualifications:

• ITI Certificate – Mandatory
• 3–5 years of experience working in high-rise towers in Dubai
• Good knowledge of AC/HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
• Candidates on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa will be given preference
• Immediate availability required

4. Civil Technician

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Qualification: Minimum 10th Grade
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• Internal & External Wall Painting
• Masonry Works
• Civil Maintenance & Related Works
• Eligibility: Only candidates with Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa are eligible to apply.

5. MEP Engineers

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in high-rise buildings and Facilities Management companies in Dubai
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
