Available Job Vacancies:

1. Quantity Surveyor – MEP

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 4–6 Years
• Strong experience in MEP quantity surveying and commercial management
• Good knowledge of MEP quantity take-offs, measurement and valuation
• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Fighting works
• Experience in subcontractor valuations and payment applications
• Good understanding of cost control, variations and change orders
• Experience in invoice verification and subcontract administration
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS/commercial software is preferred
• Candidates with relevant MEP contracting experience are preferred
