- MEP Engineer
Qualification & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, office administration, or building operations.
- Strong knowledge of facility systems, maintenance procedures, and vendor coordination.
- Proven experience coordinating with maintenance contractors, consultants, and service providers.
- bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering is required
- Specialization or coursework in Facilities Management, Building Services, or MEP systems is preferred.
- Certifications in facility management, health & safety, or building operations will be an advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining (visit visa or cancelled visa holders who can join within 5–7 days).
2. CAFM Operator
Qualification & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE Facilities Management experience.
- Strong expertise in CAFM systems (FSI Concept Evolution, IBM Maximo, Archibus, Codemates or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of facility workflows, asset management, PPM planning & service requests.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately. (visit visa or cancelled visa within 5–7 days)
