Senior QA/QC Engineer

QA/QC Engineer

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 to 13 years of construction related experience (UAE experience preferred)
Must hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical
Experience in high-rise building construction is an added advantage.
GCC experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System for MEP works across projects
Prepare and monitor project quality plans; supervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors at sites
Plan and conduct internal, external, and supplier/subcontractor audits, track NCRs and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with client requirements, local regulations, and company HSE & quality systems

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and manage master, recovery, target, and look-ahead programmes using Primavera, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Monitor project progress, manpower, earned value, resources, and cost forecasts; prepare and maintain EOT logs.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate delays; issue notices and correspondences as required; support CTC preparation and commercial reviews.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management and lead progress meetings to track project performance.
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, QS teams, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective MEP coordination.
