Available Job Vacancies:
- Experienced Skid Design Engineers
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop skid structures for FAHU units, compressors, piping systems, and process modules using SolidWorks.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and fabrication drawings while performing structural and lifting design calculations.
- Detailed Structural design scope in Skid frame design, Base frame design, Lifting lug design, support structure design. Knowledge of selection in Standard Structural Sections usage
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support procurement through BOM preparation and technical inputs. - Optimize designs for cost, manufacturability, and provide support during fabrication and site execution.
Skillset:
- Proficient in SolidWorks (Part, Assembly, Drawings, Weldments) with strong knowledge of structural steel design.
- Solid understanding of fabrication, welding, material selection, and lifting/load analysis.
- Familiar with engineering standards (ASME/ISO) with strong analytical, drawing interpretation, and coordination skills
- Experience in skid-mounted systems of “oil & gas, HVAC, or industrial equipment”.
- Exposure to FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS Workbench Mechanical) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of surface treatment (galvanizing, powder coating) is a plus.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 to 9 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Must hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical

Structural Analyst (FEA)
Key Responsibilities
- Strong foundation in structural mechanics and steel behaviour, with hands-on experience in steel sections, welds, bolted connections, and anchorage systems
- Proficient in ANSYS Workbench and SpaceClaim, including effective meshing techniques, convergence issue resolution, and model validation using theoretical calculations
- Ability to perform independent structural analysis (static, dynamic, fatigue, vibration) and deliver sound engineering judgments and recommendations Experience with complex metallic assemblies, including lifting, transportation, temporary load cases, and dynamic response analysis
- Familiar with different Mesh parameters and Mesh Quality
- Good understanding of fabrication processes, welding practices, and manufacturability considerations, with exposure to modular structural systems
- Strong technical documentation skills and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams; SolidWorks 3D modelling knowledge is an added advantage
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical or Structural Engineering – 5-7 years in Ansys FEA
- Proven experience using FEA software such as ANSYS Workbench – Mechanical
- Perform structural analysis and validation. Including – Stress, deflection, buckling, and stability assessments, optimize structural designs and prepare calculation reports and design substantiation documentation, Prototype/testing correlation, Risk assessments and value engineering through FEA.
