Talent Acquisition Manager – Abu Dhabi

To lead our recruitment strategy and help us build high-performing teams across all business units. and people strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and support roles across multiple locations.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and proactively source top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, direct sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.
• Oversee the selection and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment analytics and reporting to measure hiring effectiveness and optimize processes.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in high-volume and specialized technical hiring (engineering, construction, or technology sectors preferred). • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools, social media, and ATS platforms.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Human Resources Manager – Abu Dhabi

To lead the Human Resources functions and play a vital role in shaping the company culture and people strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and payroll.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage talent acquisition processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support leadership in workforce planning, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Lead initiatives related to employee well-being, recognition, and retention.
• Maintain and enhance HR systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving abilities
