Location: ASTRA FABRICATION FACILITY, Al Mahdar St., Plot No. 208ER7, Abu Dhabi Industrial City, ICAD 2, Abu Dhabi – UAE
Candidates are required to bring:
Candidates are requested to bring updated CVs, certifications, and relevant documents.
Lead Planning Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports and Look-Ahead Schedules.
- Support Project & Construction Managers in sequencing site activities.
- Conduct resource and productivity monitoring, earned value analysis, and delay evaluation.
- Integrate schedule, cost, and manpower data for efficient project controls.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC’s Project Control Procedures and reporting standards.
- Mentor junior planners and promote best practices across projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of planning experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of EPC lifecycles, EVM, KPIs, and project control systems.
- ADNOC project experience preferred.
