OPERATIONS MANAGER (HOTEL BACKGROUND)

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring the delivery of high-quality guest services, efficient departmental performance, and compliance with company standards. The role works closely with department heads to achieve operational, financial, service quality, and guest satisfaction targets while maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming hotel environment.

• At least 3-6 years of progressive experience in hotel operations.
• Previous experience in a full-service hotel or resort environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and general hotel operations.
• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple hotel departments.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, guest relations, and operational reporting.
• Previous experience as Operations Manager, EAM or Hotel Manager is needed for this role

TRAINING MANAGER (HOSPITALITY)

Training Manager is responsible for leading the hotel’s learning and development function and ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, and service standards required to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role develops and implements hospitality-focused training programs covering service excellence, operational procedures, leadership, compliance, and professional development.

• Professional certification in Training & Development, L&D, or Human Resources required
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel training, Learning & Development experience
• Strong hotel operations & service standard knowledge
• Develop & deliver training across hotel departments
• Experience in service excellence, leadership & compliance training

HOTEL MANAGER (REMOTE BEACH AREA)

The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the hotel, ensuring operational excellence, financial sustainability, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments and works closely with senior management to achieve the hotel’s business objectives.

• Previous remote boutique resort operations experience preferred
• Previous experience as Hotel Manager, EAM or General Manager needed
• Hands-on leadership style is needed for this role
• English plus other European language(s) are an advantage
• Strong experience managing multiple hotel departments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in financial management, revenue optimization, cost control, and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality standards, guest relations, and quality management.
