Multi Technician – HVAC & MEP (Water Treatment & FM)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician with hands-on experience in both HVAC and MEP systems.

The ideal candidate will be capable of handling a variety of technical responsibilities across Water Treatment and Facilities Management operations.

This includes experience with HVAC units such as FCUs, FAHUs, AHUs, DX and Chilled Water systems, as well as MEP-related works including pump installations, plumbing, and electrical/control panel maintenance.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including FCUs, FAHUs, AHUs, DX, and Chilled Water systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC and control systems.
• Carry out MEP maintenance tasks such as pump installations, plumbing repairs, and electrical panel works.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and generate service reports.
• Ensure all technical work is completed according to safety standards and company protocols.
• Liaise with supervisors and clients for job execution and reporting.
• Drive to various site locations as required for work assignments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and MEP maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems including FCUs, FAHUs, AHUs, DX and Chilled Water units.
• Strong technical skills in pump installation, plumbing work, and control panel maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and service manuals.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Good communication skills and the ability to handle tasks independently or in a team.
