Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in scaffolding or related fields
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Design Engineer – Scaffolding Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Design scaffolding structures for construction, maintenance, and industrial projects in line with OSHA & UAE safety standards
- Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and specifications using CAD software
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Review and approve scaffolding layouts, material lists, and installation methodologies
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot design or installation challenges on‑site
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of scaffolding design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, or equivalent tools
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and safety standards
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations is an advantage
