Role Purpose

The Guest Relations Officer] will coordinate seamlessly with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations, support front desk and pre arrival preparations, and assist in organizing guest events and loyalty activities. They will manage guest communication, track feedback, promote hotel services, and help uphold brand standards, contributing to a flawless and memorable stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized attention to VIPs, repeat, and long staying guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless experience. Coordinate pre- arrival requests, liaise with hotel departments, handle feedback with care, and maintain accurate guest profiles. Support front desk operations, assist with room readiness, promote hotel services, and contribute to special events, all while upholding our brand standards and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Job Requirements:

• To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:
• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in guest relations or front office in upscale/luxuryhotels.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanour.
• Female candidates preferred.
