Job Requirements:

• 0-1-year experience

Technical Operations:

• Supports complex technical implementations by providing specialized expertise and guidance across multiple enterprise applications and platforms.
• Performs technical troubleshooting to resolve critical system issues quickly, minimizing business disruptions.
• Maintains up-to-date system documentation to ensure operational continuity and knowledge sharing

System Enhancement:

• Evaluates technical requirements and proposes innovative solutions for system improvements and upgrades based on organizational needs and priorities.
• Implements technical standards, guidelines, and best practices to optimize system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Develops detailed technical specifications for system modifications and enhancements, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements.

Stakeholder Support:

• Provides technical consultation and expert advice to stakeholders, including development teams, support teams, and vendors, to address technical challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborates with vendors on technical matters related to system maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution, ensuring effective and efficient communication.
• Supports knowledge transfer initiatives by conducting technical training sessions, workshops, and creating clear, user-friendly documentation to empower internal teams.

Self-Management Responsibilities:

• Sets and achieves annual performance goals with the Line Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
