Site Engineer – Facility (Oil & Gas)

Role Overview:

Lead and supervise Facility & Electrical Foremen and Technicians to ensure effective building and electrical maintenance, smooth daily operations, and high service standards. Provide technical guidance, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong workflow coordination.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of facility maintenance experience in the Oil & Gas sector
• Strong understanding of building and electrical systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Solid HSE compliance knowledge
• Proficient in CMMS tools (SAP, MAXIMO)

Senior Engineer – Projects (ESCO)

Lead complete ESCO project execution including HVAC optimization, solar PV integration, lighting retrofits, controls upgrades, commissioning, and handover — ensuring quality, client coordination, and UAE compliance.

Senior Engineer – Energy (ESCO)

Conduct ASHRAE-level energy audits, identify ECMs, develop savings models, perform M&V (IPMVP), and support energy-efficiency and performance-contracting initiatives.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Engineering
• 6–10 years’ ESCO/Retrofit/FM experience
• Strong HVAC, MEP, BMS & energy-efficiency knowledge
• CEM/CMVP/PMP preferred
