Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Facility Management (FM) operations in the UAE.
- ITI / Diploma (mandatory for Technician roles).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Immediate joiners only.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per work schedules.
- Inspect equipment and facilities, identify faults, and complete repairs efficiently.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Perform assigned maintenance or cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards.
- Follow Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Complete work orders, maintain service records, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Estimation Engineer/QS
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FM tendering and estimation.
- Strong knowledge of FM services and standards (SFG20, LEED, ISO) etc.
- Good understanding of FM contracts and commercial practices.
- Proficient in cost estimation tools and MS Excel.
- Driving license is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewed tender documents, contracts, and project specifications.
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for Facilities Management projects (hard & soft services).
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and quotations.
- Carry out cost planning and budget management for FM services.
- Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for bids and tenders.
- Maintain and regularly update records of pricing, suppliers, and FM market trends.
- Conduct site visits to gather project details, prepare BOQs, assess existing services, and support site familiarization.
