Senior FM Supervisor (End of Leasing – EOL)
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Construction, or Property Operations
- Strong knowledge of FM operations, construction works, and building systems
- Well aware of local authorities’ rules and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to resolve disputes related to dilapidations, defects, and scope of works
- Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
