Job Requirements:
- Proven superior knowledge & Experience in FM operations, Especially hard services
- At least 5+ Years’ experience in a similar position in a reputable Facilities Management company in UAE.
- Proven experience with Contractor Management.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English.
- Driving License Preferred.

- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
2) FM Supervisors (Electrical/ Mechanical)
Job Requirements:
- 05 Experience in UAE in facilities maintenance, especially hard services (Mechanical & Electrical).
- Experience in managing commercial buildings/towers
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
- Relevant Diploma/Bachelor Degree.
- Good verbal & writing communication skills in English.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

3) Civil Foreman / Supervisor
Key Duties
- Supervise daily site operations
- Handle carpentry, aluminum/glass, interlock, painting & masonry works
- Ensure quality, safety & timely completion
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors & clients
Job Requirements:
- Min. 5 years UAE experience in civil maintenance
- Strong leadership & multitasking skills
- FM/Real Estate background preferred
- Technical diploma in Civil Engineering
- Valid UAE driving license required

- HSE Officer
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role at a reputable facilities management / MEP Construction company in the UAE.
- NEBOSH IGC certification required; OSHAS/IOSH certifications preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in MEP or Civil Engineering.
- Experience in reviewing approvals for MS/RA, issuing PTWs, and conducting induction and safety training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government projects.
