Senior FM Supervisor (End of Leasing – EOL)

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Construction, or Property Operations
• Strong knowledge of FM operations, construction works, and building systems
• Well aware of local authorities’ rules and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to resolve disputes related to dilapidations, defects, and scope of works
• Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
