Job Requirements:

• Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of FM functions, in Particular Hard Services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• FM industry knowledge is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years as a Facilities Manager in UAE.
• Driving license is mandatory.

Key responsibilities:

• Proven ability to deliver FM services and maintain client satisfaction under pressure.
• Managed building operations and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ensured compliance with HSE regulations and emergency preparedness requirements.
• Managed vendors and contractors for maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
• Controlled budgets, monitored costs, and achieved KPI and P&L targets.
• Developed strategies for facility improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
