Job Requirements

• Proven, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Facilities Management operations, with a strong focus on Hard Services.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a reputable Facilities Management company in the UAE.
• Demonstrated expertise in Contractor Management, including supervision, performance evaluation, and compliance monitoring.
• Proven experience in handling Government Projects and managing multiple sites simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
