1. Director of Operation

Job Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of FM functions, in particular Hard Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 12 years of Facilities Management experience, with at least 8 years in managerial position in the UAE.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver FM services and maintain client satisfaction under pressure.
• Manage building operations and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and emergency preparedness requirements.
• Manage vendors and contractors for maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
• Control budgets, monitor costs, and achieve KPI and P&L targets.
• Develop strategies for facility improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
