1. Sr. MEP Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• 15+ years of MEP construction experience with 5+ years as Project Manager at a Tier 1 UAE MEP contractor.
• Proven experience in Villa and High-Rise Building projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and integrated MEP systems.
• Hands-on experience in site execution and project coordination.
• Thorough understanding of UAE construction standards and authority approvals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
• Experience with Tier 1 Contractors (UAE preferred) on building & villa projects
