1. Area Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing Department)

Sales, Revenue & Market Execution Drive revenue through strategic sales planning, active selling, and account management across all segments (leisure, corporate, group, transient, MICE, government, travel trade), including agencies/DMCs, events, PR, familiarization trips, pre- openings, and market/competitor analysis.

Leadership, Performance & Commercial Coordination Lead sales teams; manage KPIs, pipelines, forecasts, and reporting; collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and E-Commerce on pricing, inventory, campaigns, branding, digital alignment, seasonality offers, and other assigned responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 11+ years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 4 years in a regional or area sales leadership role
• Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and control costs.
• Experience in handling high-volume operations and VIP services.
• Multilingual abilities (English required; Arabic or other languages preferred).
