1) Assistant Director of Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize deep knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws to support compliance and operational excellence.
- Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships across departments through effective communication and collaboration.
- Apply strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team while promoting a high-performance culture.
- Solve complex problems with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership HR role.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
