1. Purchase Executive (Arabic Speaking)

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in trading or distribution.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Speaking & Writing) is mandatory.
• Preferably with experience in the building materials industry (added advantage).
• Good knowledge of building materials, suppliers and market prices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to source new suppliers, evaluate offers and manage purchase orders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Procure goods and services in line with company requirements.
• Research, evaluate and compare suppliers, prices and offers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new sources.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
• Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate with various departments.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.
• Ensure all purchasing activities are cost-effective and in line with company policies.
