Project Manager – Cleaning Services

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple cleaning sites ✓ Conduct regular site visits and inspections
• Lead and oversee site teams and supervisors Ensure compliance with KPIs and service quality standards
• Handle client communication and prepare operational reports
• Oversee manpower planning, attendance, and performance
• Monitor materials, equipment, and operational costs

Experience & Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in cleaning or FM operations
• Proven experience managing multiple sites
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Must be available to join immediately

HSE TRAINING SUPERVISOR (African Nationality)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design & deliver training courses and workshops.
2. Assess proposals for training courses and workshops
3. Understand clients’ training courses and workshops
4. Identify training & development needs through ansave the most appropriate solutions
5. Plan the annual & development needs through training need analysis
6. Identify training & development resources & programmes team members
7. Management & development of Training and development team members
8. Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job-training for new employees
9. Plan, organize & direct a wide range of training activities

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Demonstrate leadership abilities
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Have good planning presentation time & project managment skills
• Being up practical experience in both technical & non-technical trainings
• Being strategic analytical, critical & creative
• Knowledge & expertise in training & industrial method-methods

QUALIFICATION

• Any Graduate or similar discipline.
• Nebosh IGC British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICsc) Certified Trainer
