Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in FM Operations
• Appropriate FM certificates or qualification
• Experience in managing Facilities Management services within residential/commercial towers
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
• Good communication and Teamwork skills
• Candidates on a visit/cancelled visa are highly preferred
