Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FM operations
• Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications
• MEP Supervisor must have strong computer skills with hands-on experience in report preparation, and CAFM system operations
• MEP Supervisor must have experience in Facilities Management services management within residential/commercial towers
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Candidates on visit or cancellation visa highly preferred
