Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management operations.
• Appropriate FM certificates and qualifications (degree or diplomas).
• Experience in FM operations within residential & commercial towers. Experience working with Owners Association Management will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Have strong reporting and computer skills and proficiency in applications like MS Office.
• Candidates who are on a visit or canceled visa, and can join immediately are highly preferred.
