1. Technical Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• 12–18 years of construction experience
• Minimum 5 years as a Technical Manager
• Experience with Tier 1 Contractors (UAE preferred) on building & villa projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi DM, Trakhees, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, coordination & stakeholder management skills
