The Account Manager role is directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through consultation, education, and support. The ideal candidate will combine an exceptional ability to provide consultative selling; a passion for growing revenue; outstanding ability to set strategic vision; and a willingness to execute the tactics. Success in this position requires strong technical experience, sales, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Manage 50-80 accounts to improve their performance and drive revenue growth\n- Monitor the performance of client accounts by communicating with clients when unusual spend fluctuation occurs, to defend revenue or discover new growth opportunity\n- Analyse performance of priority accounts and create optimisation strategies and sell through\n- Account scale up\n- General creative tips and best practices\n- Bidding\/Budget\/targeting recommendations\n- Communicate top-up\/budget increase with advertisers and encourage them to increase investment on TikTok ads\n- Identify high value opportunities and low hanging fruit;\n- Tier BoB and apply different approaches to manage clients of each tier to drive revenue\n- Remove ad review blockers for advertisers by communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders (ads review, finance, product etc.) to ensure good customer experience\n- Collaborate with internal resources (POC\/Data\/self-service PM\/Ads platform\/Ads delivery\/Sales CRM platform) to develop product features\/tools\/delivery\/account management strategy that empower customers and enhance AM work efficiency\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English\n- Experience as an Account Manager in digital advertising\/tech industry\n- Strong learning ability and ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance\n- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines\n- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing technical services environment supporting web-based products\n- Ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders\n\nTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
