1. Sales Executive

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience in FM or a related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM and AI tool knowledge is an advantage
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory

2. Civil Trainer

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience, including at least 2 years in training or coaching
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials and safety standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to train and assess workers with different skill levels
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
• UAE experience is preferred
