1. HVAC -TEAM LEAD

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Facilities Management company
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Strong hands-on HVAC experience – Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Chillers, Chilled Water Systems, AHUS, FCUS, PAC & Split AC systems
• Experience with BMS & HVAC Controls
• Knowledge of VFD, DOL, Star/Delta & Soft Starter systems
• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Experience with CAFM systems
• Strong leadership & operations management skills
• Excellent English communication & technical reporting skills
