Key Requirements:
- Engineering background – Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in home maintenance industry
FIT-OUT ENGINEER (INTERIOR RENOVATION & TURNKEY PROJECTS)
Key Requirements:
- Engineering background in civil or architectural engineering
- Technical knowledge in MEP works & civil works
MEP TRAINER
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 4-6 years total experience in civil construction / FM projects
SALES MANAGER (EVENTS & EXHIBITIONS)
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in the events/exhibitions industry
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
TEAM LEADER CUM DRIVER (FILIPINO NATIONAL)
Key Requirements:
- Team supervision and on-site coordination
- Valid UAE driving license
MEP TECHNICIAN (FILIPINO NATIONAL)
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in MEP maintenance works
- Ability to attend breakdowns and planned maintenance
