1. JUNIOR MEP SUPERVISOR

IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE HIGHLY PREFERRED (CANDIDATES ON CANCELLED/VISIT VISA)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FM operations.
• Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications (ITI/Diploma).
• Experience in FM services within residential/commercial towers.
• Experience working with Owner’s Association management will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
• Good communication & teamwork skills.
