1. Construction Manager – Civil (EPC | Oil & Gas)

The Construction Manager – Civil will lead and manage all civil construction activities across major EPC and Oil & Gas projects, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and HSE requirements. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive progress in fast‑paced project environments.

Jobs Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all civil construction activities on site, ensuring alignment with project drawings, specifications, and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive site progress, resolve technical and execution challenges, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, and resources efficiently to meet project targets.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to project management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and material procurement.
• Resolve site issues, interface conflicts, and construction‑related disputes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 15+ years of experience in EPC / Oil & Gas civil construction projects.
• ADNOC approval as Construction Manager Mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced EPC project environments.
• UAE Oil & Gas project experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates available immediately are preferred.
