1. Senior Talent Acquisition Executive – RECT #430

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, construction, corporate, and project-based roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled professionals in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
• Conduct talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position Astra as an employer of choice.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring processes.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Construction industries.
• Proven track record in hiring for technical, engineering, and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
