Job Requirements:
- Making sure the transport operation meets its performance and safety targets, monitoring it and reporting to senior management.
- Writing clear reports and presenting options and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Advising on policy and strategic developments and examining business decisions (pricing policy, level of service & provision, timetable changes) to assess their impact on guests.
- Managing and supervising staff, organizing work shift rotation and coordinating staff training.
- Negotiating and managing contracts and developing new business opportunities whenever possible.
- Minimizing disruption and resolving any unscheduled delays, having to make decisions in difficult situations.
- Supervises the movement of driver & vehicle on duty through cabman system.
- Instructs the Operations in ensuring that services are available to all through social inclusion initiatives.
- Correlate with the Operations in designating cars for each driver.
- Responsible for achieving limousine budget
- Manage operations including vehicles operations, staff, drivers, logistics , procedures , customer requests and reservations.
- Deal with clients including corporate and individuals.
- Handling customer requests or complains.
- Manage the operations with zero mistake
- Coordinates with Manager for matters related to operation.
- Perform any other related duties.
Qualification Required:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the Limousine / luxury car rental business or automotive industry, with at least 3 years in as a supervisor or senior role.
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in operational management, strategic planning, and business development.
Skills Required:
- Aware of landmarks and routes in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other emirates.
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of operational principles and policies
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team leadership
