- HVAC MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (Facility Management / Maintenance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise 84+ HVAC team members.
- Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance works.
- Ensure optimal operation and efficiency of HVAC equipment.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and maintenance teams to complete tasks safely and on schedule.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Manage spare parts requirements and maintenance planning.
- Ability to lead maintenance teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
Strong experience in:
- Chiller Systems
- DX Systems
- Package Units
- VRV/VRF Systems
- Split Air Conditioning Units
- Window Air Conditioning Units
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant HVAC certifications will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill.
