1. MEP Supervisor

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FM operations
• Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications
• Strong computer skills with hands-on experience in report preparation, and CAFM system operations
• Experience in managing Facilities Management services within residential/commercial towers
• Experience working under Owners Association management will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Candidates on a visit/cancelled visa are highly preferred
