QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- MINIMUM 2-3 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN FM OPERATIONS.
- MUST HAVE ITI OR DIPLOMA IN RELEVANT TRADE.
- EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING FM SERVICES WITHIN A RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL TOWER.
- STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF MEP SYSTEMS AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE.
- GOOD COMMUNICATION AND TEAMWORK SKILLS.
- VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE
