QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FM Operations.
• Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications (ITI/Diploma).
• Experience in managing facilities management services within residential/commercial towers.
• Strong Knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
• Good communication & teamwork skills.
• Candidates on visit or cancellation visa are preferred.
