Junior Sous Chef – Sushi
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sushi kitchen, with at least 2 years in supervisory role able to lead a large team from an upscale Japanese or Nikkei concept
- Highly skilled in fish butchery, knife handling, portioning
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume and premium sushi environment
