FM Supervisor
Qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) is required.
- 9-12 years of experience in facilities management in UAE, with a preference for candidates who have held supervisory roles.
- In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
Skills:
- Ability to handle emergencies and work effectively under high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate and lead a diverse team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Experience in delegating tasks and managing staff performance effectively.
- Experience in condition survey of assets and estimation of FM contracts and variable works. Experience in monitoring and controlling outsourced works, subcontractors and service providers.
- Proficient in assessing staffing needs, planning schedules, and allocating resources to ensure operational efficiency.
- Excellent client relations skills, with a proactive approach to addressing concerns and resolving issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Additional Requirement: A valid UAE driver’s license is required for site visits.
