Senior Engineer (Fit out)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• 5-7 years’ experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality)
• Proven experience in fit-out projects
• Strong exposure to civil costing, estimation, and budgeting
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage project execution
• Experience in preparing schedules and monitoring project progress
• Capability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

FM Engineer (Fit out)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• 3–7 years’ experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality)
• Experience within a Facility Management environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, methods, and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of Primavera/MS Project is a plus)

• Cancelled visa or transferable visa candidates preferred
• Immediately joiners
