- Civil Engineer
Job Requirements:
- Proven superior knowledge & experience in FM operations, especially hard services.
- Minimum of 05 Years of UAE experience in the required position.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Driving license is mandatory.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all civil maintenance and repair works.
- Conduct site inspections, identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Plan and monitor PPM and reactive maintenance activities.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimate, material request and quotations.
- Ensure work completion within SLA, KPI, quality and safety requirements.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports, inspection reports and completion documents.
