Job Requirements:

• Proven superior knowledge & Experience in FM operations, Especially hard services
• At least 5+ Years’ experience in a similar position in a reputable Facilities Management company in UAE.
• Proven experience with Contractor Management.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering
• Good verbal & written communication skills in English.
• Driving License Preferred.
• Immediate joiner Preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

2) FM Supervisors (Electrical/ Mechanical)

Job Requirements:

• 05 Experience in UAE in facilities maintenance, especially hard services (Mechanical & Electrical).
• Experience in managing commercial buildings/towers
• Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
• Relevant Diploma/Bachelor Degree.
• Good verbal & writing communication skills in English.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Key Duties

• Supervise daily site operations
• Handle carpentry, aluminum/glass, interlock, painting & masonry works
• Ensure quality, safety & timely completion
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors & clients

Job Requirements:

• Min. 5 years UAE experience in civil maintenance
• Strong leadership & multitasking skills
• FM/Real Estate background preferred
• Technical diploma in Civil Engineering
• Valid UAE driving license required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role at a reputable facilities management / MEP Construction company in the UAE.
• NEBOSH IGC certification required; OSHAS/IOSH certifications preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in MEP or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in reviewing approvals for MS/RA, issuing PTWs, and conducting induction and safety training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government projects.
