Location: A&F Tower Building, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road, Ajman, UAE

1. HVAC Tech – 1 Nos / Asst Tech – 2 Nos

• 3 to 5 yrs of experience in UAE.
• Qualification:- Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship.
• Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.

2. One Multi Tech (Elect, Plumb)

• 3 to 5 yrs of experience in UAE.
• A relevant degree, certification, or license may be required.
• Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
• Knowledge in electrical, mechanical & in plumbing.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and patience.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

3. MEP Helper

4. Plumber

• 3 to 5 yrs of experience in UAE.
• Qualification:- Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship.
