A Pastry Chef will also be required to plan production and develop seasonal offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:\n\nYour day-to-day:\nAssist in running the pastry section of the kitchen\nEnsure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings\nBring creativity to the pastry offerings\nSupervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation\nPlan production to facilitate daily requirements\nDevelop appropriate seasonal menu offerings\nManage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue\nEnsure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations\n\nWhat we need from you:\nA minimum of 3 - 4 years as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef Experience with high-volume food production\nApproaches pastry in a creative way\nStrong supervisory skills\nGood communication skills and a Positive attitude\nCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service\nExcellent planning and organizing skills\nDedicated to the delivery of exceptional service and continuous improvement\nProficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook\n\nWhat you can expect from us:\n\nWe give our people everything they need to succeed.
